Future Plans for lessons using UbD

Here are some ideas for lessons regarding the standards for 5-6th grade band using backwards planning. In these slides, I have identified the "Essential Questions" that help students work towards clarifying the "Big Ideas" of the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks. Identifying the "Big Ideas" can give an instructor a more efficient system for lesson planning.
